User Agreement
By
using Romance Reality Check, RomanceRealityCheck.com, RRC,
(Hereafter referred to as RRC), you agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions:
RRC
resources are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You
agree to pay for responses returned from queries of all search requests even
those with said response including “No Record Found” or any variation thereof.
RRC can not
offer legal advice on how to use the information contained in the background
checks. Proper use of these reports is the responsibility of you, the
customer. These backgrounds cannot be used for employment or promotional
purposes. For pre-employment or promotional background checks, please contact
our customer service department.
Warranty:
RRC represents and warrants that services will be performed in a diligent
and professional manner in accordance with applicable industry standards.
RRC shall use its best efforts to provide high quality, timely and accurate
information to user, however user recognizes that RRC cannot guarantee
the accuracy of the information provided because such information is obtained
from public records and other third party sources that may not always be
accurate, current or complete. The records obtained by RRC is derived
from databases and records that have been created and maintained by various
government agencies, private companies, and other contributors that are not
under the control of RRC. Responsibility for the accuracy of the
information contained in the report and these databases and records rests solely
in the contributor. The user waives any and all claim or claims against RRC
arising out of or related to the accuracy of the report, databases and records.
The user verifies that the
subject of the background check being requested does not have any restraining
orders or protection orders filed against the user.
RRC operates
under the license of Blackhawk Private Investigations, a California
Licensed Private Investigations Agency (License # 20631)

Governing Law:
This Agreement is deemed to be made, executed and performed in the State of
California. This Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to
principles of conflicts of law. The parties to this Agreement consent to
jurisdiction and venue in the State and Federal courts located in the State of
California, County of Contra Costa. Federal: Northern District of California.
